Summer Tomato dressing is close to Marsh Hen Mill’s heart because it hearkens back to the tomato farm and packing house that allowed the milling operation to get its start on Edisto Island in South Carolina. It has the sweet fresh taste of a perfect summer tomato that is unlike any other. Great on salads of fresh greens, onions, cucumbers, and of course more tomatoes! 

Ingredients: Tomatoes, sugar, water, distilled vinegar, cider vinegar, onions, salt, garlic, poppy seeds, mustard seed, celery seed, xanthan gum, turmeric.
