Organic Game Seasoning

We based this blend on a classic English style game seasoning. The juniper berries and birds eye pepper cut through the gamiest of meats while the cloves and allspice bring out the natural sweetness & depth. Use this spice on venison, rabbit, or any wild game and you will not be disappointed.

Organic East Bay Spice

Mix with Lowcountry Olive Oil and you’ll have the best bread dipping experience made in Charleston! We made this blend because one of our favorite regulars asked us to and we're thankful she did because we think it makes for some really awesome crab cakes, dressing, seafood boil and baked chicken. This is just an all-around good blend.

Mediterranean Oil Blend

This blend of classic Italian herbs with red chili flakes will add instant elegance to any recipe. Just put a little of this blend into a dish with your favorite olive oil, cut up some bread, maybe some cheese, open a bottle of wine or your favorite drink and you're set! But you don't have to use this blend just for bread dipping, it's great to use in any recipe that calls for Italian seasoning! We love it on roasted veggies and in homemade artichoke & tomato tapenade!

Made Famous in America by Julia Childs

Southern Frances most famous spice blend: Herbes de Provence. Coming from the Provence region in southeast France, known for its endless vineyards, olive groves, and rolling hills of fragrant plant life, this awesome mix has established itself as one of the most popular spice blends of all time—though its history is shorter than you might think. The person responsible for bringing the French phrase into America’s kitchen was none other than Julia Child. If you want classic deliciousness, then this blend is for you. It is a French blend made with rosemary and lavender and it's excellent on poultry, pork, and roasted veggies.

Organic BBQ Rub - Charleston

A great all around rub for chicken, ribs and pork chops. Rub on both sides of your meats and let sit in the refrigerator for a couple hours. Take out and let the meat get to room temperature, then toss on the grill and cook to your liking.
