These prints and patterns are delicately applied to specially selected oyster dishes. With a touch of gold, and a protective gloss. A gorgeous gift for a friend!! The oyster shell is polished to a very nice shine and meticulously hand-painted. Small feet are attached to the bottom of the shell for stability.

A well-known local Charleston artist has teamed up with SCDNR’s oyster restoration and enhancement program to help with the local oyster supply. For every oyster shell sold, 10 are restored to the waters, which would otherwise be going to the landfill. These make a perfect and unique gift! 

Oyster shell sizes can vary.  Shells are sold without jewelry or other items used for photography.
