Chris Williams, of Williams Knife Co., began making knives after watching his grandfather do so for years. He initially started making them for his own use, but soon friends and family started putting in their requests! His knives are so beautiful, unique and well-made that it didn’t take long for strangers to begin calling and placing their orders! Chris is passionate about his knife making, so much so that he surrendered his job in finance to pursue what brought him joy. We are certainly thankful for his decision! Having these knives as part of this site, really represents so much about the lowcountry area. These knives are absolutely gorgeous and make the perfect gift for the avid outdoorsman, chef and oyster lover.
